<h2><strong>Legal Terms and Conditions </strong></h2>
<p>The property and any copyright or other intellectual property rights in any materials, software and/or documentation  contained and presented within AccessRM website belong to AccessRM. The User must seek the consent of AccessRM to use such materials and/or documentation beyond reasonable use of the same within and for their own business.  In particular, unless expressly agreed between the parties, AccessRM materials and/or documentation shall not be used for clients, customers or suppliers of the User. </p>
<p><strong>Disclaimers, Warranties and Liability</strong></p>
<p>AccessRM warrants to the User that the Service will be provided using reasonable care and skill and in accordance with  the Agreement with the User to provide all relevant information and documentation at the intervals and within the times referred to in the Agreement. AccessRM warrants it and it’s supplier partners carry the appropriate  level of Professional Indemnity Insurance in respect of the Services it provides to the User. The employment and HR documents, which are provided as part of the Service, are intended only as guides and they should not be regarded  as definitive documents. In addition, the employment and HR documents and the employment law and HR information, which is also provided as part of the Service, should not be regarded as a substitute for seeking specialist  legal advice, since every case will ultimately turn on its own particular facts and circumstances. It is therefore essential that the User seeks legal advice before taking action in relation to the information provided as  part of the Service.</p>
<p><strong>Privacy Policy </strong></p>
<p>AccessRM respects the privacy of every individual and business who visits our websites. This Privacy Policy outlines  the information AccessRM may collect and how we may use that information. <br />
  The User’s privacy is important to AccessRM and it takes its responsibilities regarding the security of the User’s information very seriously.  AccessRM complies with the <a href="http://www.dca.gov.uk/ccpd/dpsubleg.htm">Data Protection Act 1998</a> and will only use collected data in accordance with these  regulations.<br />
  Personal details input on the website by the User are used for operational purposes only, sending e-mail news bulletins, maintaining the User’s subscription and monitoring the use of the system. In accordance  with legislation a User can opt out of receiving e-mail news bulletins at any time by sending an e-mail with the subject heading unsubscribe to <u>customerservices@accessrm.co.uk</u><br />
  AccessRM will not utilize the User’s personal details for any other reason  than to manage the relationship between the User and AccessRM and will not pass the Users details onto to any third party. AccessRM will from time to time inform the User of new features, services and products from AccessRM  and service delivery partners. The AccessRM website is encrypted and has strict security procedures in the  storage and disclosure of personal details provided by the User. AccessRM utilizes the services of an online bank all transactions are protected so that when the User submits credit card details, it is safe.</p>

<p>1. This site is intended for use by businesses within United Kingdom only.
